The Erdungsprodukte® Recovery Bag can be used either as a grounding sleeping bag or as a simple grounding bed sheet.

When closed, it is 105 cm wide and 210 cm long, a sleeping bag for one person. When open, it is 205 cm wide and 210 cm long, so two people can sleep on it or cover themselves with it.

The grounding sleeping bag was originally developed for competitive athletes to achieve optimal recovery and has been used successfully by teams in the Tour de France. It is now also used by players in the Swiss and German Bundesliga, as well as Olympic track cyclists.
