Yes, to achieve the grounding effect it is necessary to have direct earth contact.
Choose either the mounting option with a cable and plug for grounding via the socket, crocodile clips for connection to a radiator or the version with a grounding rod for grounding directly into the ground.

It is good to wash the grounding product frequently, because washing removes sweat and skin oils.

• Line dry or tumble dry (max 50°C).
• Iron on low heat
• Do not wash with chlorine bleach
• Do not wash with fabric softener
• Don't use bleaching detergents or cleaning products with oils like lavender or coconut oil etc.
• Do not use dryer sheets
• Do not dry clean
• Bleach, lotions, and oils can destroy the conductivity
• Fabric softener can destroy conductivity

It is recommended to use the product at least one hour after applying skin lotions, oils or creams.
