The thin, black, conductive top layer is made of PU (polyurethane) leather.
Articles made of polyurethane (PU) are very user-friendly and safe. Our PU leather is vinyl and phthalate free.
The thin, black layer of PU leather is infused with conductive carbon. Carbon is the second most common element in the human body after oxygen and is conductive.
The non-conductive bottom layer consists of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). One of the safest foams on the market, latex and PVC free.
The same type of foam is used in shoes and in children's foam toys.

With all Original Grounding Products® you will receive instructions for use with detailed pictures.
All Original Grounding Products® have a built-in resistance (100K ohms), making them completely safe. There is no connection to the mains - the only contact is with the ground wire of the socket.
Check the grounding with our socket tester or our multimeter.
On the outer edge of the grounding mat there is a push button for connecting to the cable.
